Bio

I knew from a very early age that I possess the qualities I now recognize as being essential for a good therapist/counselor; a safe accepting presence and a genuine desire to be beneficial and kind to others. My own growth as an individual, education, specialized training and experience has made it possible for me to do the therapeutic work I do today.
Issues dealt with in counseling sessions with me include but are not limited to: family systems, relationships, communication, conflict resolution, emotional distress, life planning (goals & how to achieve them), and identifying unwanted life patterns and promoting positive change.
