The following is a list of suggested readings, which also include some that are available in audio CD’s.  I do not mean to say that reading or listening to these materials is a cure all.  However, the information may expand and improve your awareness and therefore improve your experience in a variety of ways.  I am only listing books that I have personally read and think can be helpful.
